We have been improving study leave services for doctors, public health and dental trainees over the last three years. In most cases this has involved the adoption of Accent Leave Manager across most regions. More recently, in response to commitments to address frustrations over study leave reimbursements, we have made some improvements to Accent Leave Manager.
Our strategy is to launch a new study leave service, and to this end we have completed a Discovery to understand the user need and inform Alpha. Our intention is for a new national service that will be in line with user needs and expectations, and provides an equity of experience for all users.
