ChatBot Upgrade Complete

We’ve upgraded the TIS Chatbot to a modern, fully supported platform. There are no significant changes to how you use the chatbot, but the new platform improves reliability, security, and maintainability, helping us continue to provide support and introduce future enhancements more easily.
