Changes to account

I want to change my Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
You can change your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) yourself on your TIS Self Service account under the top tab “MFA”.
I want to change my email address before I sign up on TIS Self Service.
If you have not yet created an account on TIS Self Service, then please contact your local NHSE office and ask them to update your new email address. Once this has been updated for you, you can then create a TIS Self Service account with the new email address. Please note you are required to verify your ID to change email address.
I want to change my email address after I have created an account on TIS Self Service.
If you have already created an account on TIS Self Service and want to sign in with a new email address, you can update your email address on your TIS Self-Service Profile page.
